Welysis Industries S.L., which specializes in the construction of modular chemical electrolysis plants, faced a highly complex logistical challenge.
We have collaborated on:
- The import of materials for the construction of the plants (specialized machinery, piping, and other components) from Uruguay, the United States, China, and Spain.
- The export of project modules (tanks, machinery, and other components) to Angola from Tenerife, Spain, and China.
Each shipment had to fit into the manufacturing process. Any deviation affects timelines, costs, and project execution, so coordination, document control, and planning were critical.
